Refund 2020 Conference Registration Info

When considering a refund, we request members take 2 things into consideration as they determine the choice between requesting a refund or leaving their paid fee in place for 2021 conference:

A) Was this a budget item accounted for in 2020 that you can avoid as you prepare 2021 if it helps your company.
B) Your registration fee for 2021 will be frozen if you leave the fee in place for use next year should our board of directors determine any price increase is necessary.

Members who have registered for 2020 Conference and paid their registration fee have options for managing their registration.
1.            NPECA will hold your conference registration and fees for next year’s 2021 conference in St. Petersburg, Florida.
2.            Receive a full refund for your 2020 conference registration fees.
 
If you are currently registered for conference and have paid, you will receive a call from one of our committee members to confirm your intention as to how you would like NPECA to handle paid registration fee funds even if you have already requested a refund of the fee.
