New Membership Application



Thank you for your interest in joining National Petroleum Energy Credit Association, NPECA. Using the JOIN NOW link, you may complete your membership sign-up and pay online using a credit card or invoice selection. Please be aware, selecting Invoice will place your membership sign up in a "Pending" status until payment is received. using the online processing and  executivedirector@npeca.org 

Membership dues are $250 annually. NPECA membership runs from January 1 thru December 31 yearly. There is no proration of the annual dues membership. If joining mid-year, a new invoice for $250 will be produced for the remainder of the current year. Renewal invoices are produced on January 1 of each year for the new 12 month membership cycle. All NPECA memberships are individual. At this time no corporate or company memberships are offered.

Membership is immediate upon completion of the Join Now application process. If you choose not to supply credit card information on the application, we will process the application and send a system-generated welcome email with an invoice including instruction to pay using our secure site. Until the membership dues are paid the new membership will reside in a "PENDING" status in our system. When payment is received and processed a receipt, username, and temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address included on your application.
